House broken into, lost property with chubb system

My house was broken into on the 12 -01-2013 at vosloorus ext31 it was round about 01am to 2am in the morning i just came from an event only to find 2 officers at my house looking at the window which the robbers broke into. It came as a shock to me to think that the responce time was not so quick because usualy if the alarm goes off the team is emmidiatly here. I am not happy with their responce time not happy at all. Now everytime when i leave my house i feel that it is not guarded though the is an alarm system i am now even considering of getting a guard dog maybe it will resopend a bit faster than them.why must we pay this fee if we are still gonna loos things! very unhappy with the responce time.
