The product might be great but not the service!

We had some Trelliedoors installed at our factory premises about 2 years ago and one of the gates has broken and can no longer be closed and locked. We have contacted the Benoni branch 3 times in the past week to come and repair the gate and they make promises but don't keep them. All the hype of the TV advertising is let down badly by this lack of service. It does not feel like they stand behind their product at all.
