Paying for services you never receive!

We had an alarm activation and we called the control room asking for urgent assistance. They car only arrived in more than 30 min later. They guy pressed the intercom and he told us everything is ok. How can someone outside the gate tell me all is well inside without coming inside? I asked him for his supervisor's contact details, he didn't know. In my 7yrs with ADT I had 3 situations where I really needed help & in all 3 ADT failed me. Why must I be loyal to a service provider who never come through for me? That's a question I' m asking myself. I guess that's where my loyalty wIth ADT should end.
