Sending SMSs to wrong contact

My mother has been receiving SMSs for the last month complaining about a low battery signal, she is third on my list of contacts so I should be receiving them,

every time I speak to customer support (after being on hold for at least 5 minutes each time) they are unable to tell me why this is happening and that the unit is seems to be working normally, I have had a technician out to my office who replaced the unit when he could not find a specific problem and we are still receiving SMSs

every time I speak to customer services they say that they will get IT to investigate and then I never here back from them, I need to know why my mother is receiving the SMSs and for that to be fixed and then for a technician to determine if there is a problem with my unit, it has been a month now with no resolution, no call backs and broken promises

I no longer feel confident entrusting my safety with a company that can not fix a seemingly easy problem and have sent another email to customer services asking them how to cancel my contact, unsurprisingly I have not received a response
