Threatening sms for accounts with not invoice

Good day,
I keep receiving annoying SMSs regarding an outstanding account that my medical aid didn't pay for some blood test. NO ONE ever told me what wasn't covered by the medical aid, what I was suppose to pay, when or why. I never received a proper statement/invoice or description of the charges from Lancet, only rude SMSs after 2 months of taking my blood tests.
Your personnel is quite rude and the SMSs intimidating. Since when are SMSs a legal document for requesting a payment? There is no a direct contact email/number for complaints in your web site, and normal space for request never brings an answer.
It seems I'm not the only person facing such an annoying situation, that should tell you something about your bad practices, very sad for a company that was suppose to care about people's health.
