ADT follow up on wrongfully debited premiums

Last year in February I got retrenched and applied for retrenchment cover provided for in the agreement with ADT. I submitted all documents and was informed premiums were going to be waived for the period March to August 2012. This was not done and premiums continued to be debited against my account. I have discussed this with ADT personnel since last year, the last call was made about 2 weeks ago and i was assured again that they would follow up on this, in fact I was assured that I would be contacted the next day as i would have to be refunded the premiums they had continued to deduct, but no follow up was made. I subsequently followed up and was given a name and number to call so that i could speak to the person who had been dealing with my case. When I called this number I was informed that this was not an ADT number! I am fed up with having to follow up on a company that takes premium after premium but do not want to pay out when they have to! I am really sick of the treatment I'm getting when following up on this - the constant promises to follow up that are not met.
