Good day. I phoned 25-09 the Absa Helpdesk 0860008600 - explaining that for the last (4) months I have not received my proof of payments that was suppose to have been send to my work email address each time after I have made payments. Against all my beneficiaries are listed my work email address. Since for the last (2) years it was not a problem. The lady was not able to help me. I called again on the 27-09-2013 to the same Help-desk, stating that my problem is still not resolved. After the gentlemen could also not see where the problem is he advised me to send an email to Absa Technical, of which i did twice. Once the 27-09-2013 and 30-09-2013, and till today no one came back to me. I called help desk again on the 03-10-2013 of which the gentlemen said I must just hold on he will get someone to help me, after holding on for 15min where he did not got back to me i put the call down. Each time that i am making payments I have my work email address listed for the proof of payments to be forwarded, since Absa did a upgrade on there website 4 x months ago am i not receiving those proof of [Email Removed]
