Refund R2156- Alarm not used due technical faults

We moved into a new house took over the ADT system with new contract in Nov 2012.

The technician did come out in November 2012 to check it and said that someone would come out to sort out the wiring but up until now nobody has despite several requests and email sent 7 January 2013 to [Email Removed]

They were also supposed to install the unit in our automated gate at the same time and supply us with 2 remotes with panic buttons according to the new contract.

We have been paying R308.55 for the alarm but not using it!!! Sort YOUR system out or return our R2156 paid to date so we can use a more credible service provider!
