How can I cancel my ADT service

After numerous emails to the limited email addresses, we haven't had any feedback on when our ADT service will be terminated. We've requested on the 2nd of April 2013 that we would like to cancel the contract (which we had for more than 2 years), but no one responded. Could you please help with this?
