Finchoice
No Clearance Lette

I had taken a loan with Finchoice and l settled it off and i phoned more than 4 times requesting that they send me a settelment letter and all the time l am told l will get the letter in the next 30 minutes but nothing has come through. If l was defaulting l am sure they will have sent in legal letter in a flash of the eye. Why are they not sending the settlement letter?
