Unisa is buying laptops from your company because of the 3-year warranty. Unfortunately, you are failing to keep your promise, after you get payment.

All of us are falling behind with work as Unisa cannot accept these laptops for ICT to add Unisa stuff in it. We are missing important messages and duties to do. We are getting horrible emails from administrator just because your department for warranty is not efficient. Business laptops cannot wait for your excuses. If I do not get it by the end of the day, I will return it.
