Ignored to stop debit cheque which I have approved based on deceiving/incomplete information

I've given consent to the company to the debit my account on the basis that they will pay my bank loan. None of the company's agents told me that the company will take my money first two months for themselves and that I will be responsible to directly pay my loan by themselves. I only found this information on the last step legal document which required my signature. I refused to sign this document and made a response to the company via whatsapp (see screenshot below) that this arrangement does not suit me, therefore I'd like to cancel it. I received no response but my money was still deduced despite the fact that I did not sign any legal documents which contained full information. This shows an illegal and criminal act from the company. After, my account was deducted, I received SMS (see screenshots) that they are still awaiting documents, acknowledging that there is fraud somewhere.
