Disgusting racism, physical abuse & sadistic teachers at spark riversands – a horror show!

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. If you care about your child's mental health and safety, run far away from SPARK Riversands. I am shaking with rage as I write this. This institution is not a school; it is a breeding ground for bullies and abusive staff.

We pay R3,000.00 a month for what? To have my Grade 4 daughter racially abused, slapped, kicked, and now tormented by the teachers themselves?

1. PROTECTING BULLIES & BLAMING VICTIMS: My daughter was slapped across the face and kicked by other students. The Principal, Zamajola Majola, and Achievement Manager, Lindy Pretorius, are absolutely useless. Their response? They issued MY DAUGHTER a "Behaviour Reflection Form" for being assaulted! They have the audacity to call physical violence "complex friendship dynamics." It is pathetic, negligent, and dangerous.

2. MALICIOUS ABUSE BY STAFF (Today, 25 Nov 2025): It is not just the students; the teachers are just as bad. My daughter is sick today. We don't have a car, so I walked her to school in the rain to write her Zulu exam. Because of the weather, we were late. She sat down, and after only 5 minutes, the teacher, Mrs. Twala, forcibly RIPPED the exam paper away from her.

She knew I was waiting outside. Instead of letting my child use the available time, Mrs. Twala forced my sick child to sit there for 20 minutes doing absolutely nothing while I waited in the rain. She wasted 20 minutes of exam time purely out of spite and malice!

While Mrs. Twala sat there watching, the same bullies who hit my daughter whispered, "She's not gonna pass," right under the teacher's nose, and she allowed it. This is academic sabotage and emotional abuse.

You have destroyed my child's confidence. You have traumatized her to the point where she is terrified to go to school. I am demanding a FULL REFUND for the entire year. You have taken my money and broken my child.

MANAGEMENT: I am coming for you next. I will post this on every social media platform until everyone knows what is happening at SPARK Riversands. You have failed us in the worst possible way.
