I called Autoway on Monday regarding the Groupon Special. I spoke to someone who advised me that my car takes the platinum sparks plugs which is not part of the special. I called Auto way again this morning. Alvi answered and I told him my name and then his phone rand. Alvi placed me on hold when his other phone rang and began assisting the customer who called second. When he came back I told him that he should have attended to me first since I called first. He was extremely angry with me. I then told him that I bought the platinum spark plugs for the Groupon special which is include the labour to fit on the sparks plugs. He told me they will not fit on the platinum ones as I must pay for labour separately. I explained to him that the special INCLUDED THE LABOUT AND THE COSTS OF THE SPARKS PLUGS (which he is now saving on) which is on the ADVERT. He was extremely rude as I think he was upset with me questioning why he took the other customers call first. He told me they will do it if I don't pay for the labour which is included in the Groupon special. Other customers have had similar problems with this company. Why provide a groupon special if you can't honour a special.
