Facebook and Instagram accounts

Hello. My Facebook and Instagram accounts were hacked on the 29th of April 2022. The hacker is using then to scam my contacts. I was also asked to pay R4000 for them to unhack my accounts and when I refused they started threatening my life. I have opened a case with SAPS.
