Deltash Caterers - Breach on service/contract

To Whom it may concern

I am unfortunately one of the recent victims of Deltash Caterers misconduct and conning. Segri of Deltash Caterers engaged us for a wedding ceremony, confirmed the date, availability, menu and deco options for our special day, The security deposit requested was paid for their services to be rendered, We received demanding phone calls for the balance since the end of May 2014 however this was only due a month before the wedding and did not form part of her confirmation. She continued to harass us for months prior to what her confirmation stipulated, We reiterated to her on numerous occasions that she needs to check the emails she sent us confirming the payment date as the funds have bee allocated for that date and we could not release the funds prior to this. She was unhappy about this as she did not get her way and we then received and ultimatum on the 02/07/2014 with her 9th call for the day on behalf of her husband Paul "We are cancelling your contract and keeping the deposit to do your deco and you can sort the catering out yourself". This was not according to their email/contract they have now reneged on their contract hence we are pursuing our deposit recovery in all avenues, kindly send me an email or give me a call should you have been in the same situation as I would like to assist you and put a STOP to this happening to other unsuspecting people like myself, I wish I had known this info prior to engaging with Deltash Caterers as I found the complaints to late.
