Good day,

My name is Fikile Mhlongo and i have an account with Top tv .from Jan 2013 my service was deactivated for two day or three days everymonths but no CREDIT WAS PASSED.i called sometime in Feb and i was told that my account will be Credited but till today nothing has been done still.

I NEED ALL MY MONEY FOR THE DAYS I WAS NOT USING YOUR SERVICES TO BE CREDITED INTO MY ACCOUNT.

AGAIN ON THE 24TH OF APRIL OMY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED WITH R338 INSTEAD OF R169 I WANT MY REFUND ASAP.
