I have now decided that in order to obtain assistance and a responce from Top TV management, that Hello Peter is my last option available. Today (22 April 2013) I am shocked to find that Top Tv has double debited my account for a servce that is non existant, my letter to sent to TOP TV via their Web Page on the 12 April 2013, with NO responce from Top TV, does this mean that TOP TV management don't care about their customers I had to call Top TV yet again today 12 April 2013 and guess what my called was dropped yet again and i had the same repeation that I had experienced with Top TV during this week. Surprise surprise from Top TV, due to internal processes the debit order was so called not approved (whatever resource is used by Top TV), and your call centre could not answer as per the exact reason why, nor did Top TV inform me of the problem, which meant I was lead to believe that the decoder will be operational only to find that i wasted the time of a 70 year old and myself because of the failure to communicate by Top TV to me. Needless to say that Top TV does not value me as a customer, and as such i will no longer be subscribing to Top TV.
