Still my account was not suspended

I am so disappointed again at Multichoice. I asked them in November to suspend my account as I was moving to Cape Town. I spoke to Lerato then who didnt do her work hence I paid for services I didnt use. I then called in and asked Steve that I spoke to to still suspend the account as I was planning to give the decoder to my aunt. We the transfered the decoder to my aunt but seemingly I was still being billed.

This is so disappointing I must admit.
