Incompetent Overcharge!

I have now phoned through TWICE this month and have been assisted by incompetent consultants. I am a premium subscriber. This first started when I purchased a Walka at Umlazi Hirsch who had DSTV promoters outside who persuaded me to get a Walka and I wouldn't be charged for it as I am a premium subscriber. Low and behold, we went to register it on the account and it was faulty. They then deregistered it and got a replacement from Hirsch and then went back to register the new one. This was a 2 hour process!!! Then I got charged R723.60 at the end of March instead of R655! I spoke to Comfort (Ref:128567795) on 7 April who said the charges were reversed and would be charged R626.40 at the end of April (R695 - R68.60 Refund for Walka). Now I see I will be charged R695 at the end of this month! I phoned again today (Ref:129420622) and get told that I will be charged R695 this month and have escalated for a refund of R68.60 to be processed! This was ANOTHER 30 minute phone call at MY expense! I am disgusted by the treatment that I have received from you and would like to know how you will compensate me and if this issue will ACTUALLY be sorted out now! I don't feel like a valued custome
