Metalica Concert - cannot exchange tickets

We have Metallica tickets for the 24th of April exchanged as a result of Big Concerts moving the venue from Cape Town to Bellville. We have now been told that we cannot be provided with the tickets for the 24th at the price we'd paid as there are no longer seats available at this price.
I have been told my options are to only attend on the 25th (which does not suit me, all personal arrangements have been made around attending ont he 24th, or pay almost double to upgrade the tickets if I insist on going on the 24th.
I have also been told by Computicket that the problem I now have is my own doing as I did not come in an exchange them immediately after the announcement was made, yet have until the day before to do so. Computicket can also not assist in providing a solution but constantly tell me they understand my problem - seriously?

Big Concerts, I did not move the venue or change it's size, I had valid tickets for the 24th and expect that you honour these for this date and make a plan to get them exchanged for similar seats at the price paid.
