And bad attitude

Our wallets and Cellphones were out of our bags's in Ster-Kinekor GreenStone lastnight

The supervisor on site which is Magotis, was asleep when we went to get assistance from him to report what had happened. He was hardly interested in helping us and when I enquired if he was going to report this to centre management and his head office he said yes.

This morning I called Greenstone Centre Management and Ster-Kinekor Head office and no incident report was logged.

I am absolutely appalled by the extreme terrible service we received and no assistance what so ever from the Ster-Kiknkor Team at GreenStone Mall.

They made a comment that this happened before and that this use to happen quite often at their Sandton Branch. If they are aware of what is happening in their environment, why are they not reporting it and informing their customer's!
