This branch should close down, whenever we go to this ster-kinekor theres always issues. Its either they dont have movies that are suitable for my 5 year old or they have some technical error. Please do something about this branch asap. We went to watch World Warz on Friday at 9:15 only to find that they cancelled the movie, after much planning and prep to get there on time, we were so dissappointed to hear this. I heard from other colleagues as well that this is the normal story at greenstone branch. Please do something about it, cause when we speak to the manager there she has a dont care attitude. You work with people have some courtesy to at least apologise for your mishaps and work on them. This is the worse experience I have ever had at the movies. They also advertise 3D movies but they dont have stock of glasses. Please do something about this.
