Their billing is a joke

This is the fourth time I have tried to get DSTV to get my billing right. How hard is this to understand. "PLEASE CANCEL your pathetic Mobile unit off my account" Jokes aside four times I am told this has been done. Then end of the month end I get charged. Please can you hand this issue to someone who actually can count to ten and has a brain. Cause clearly your staff are stupid!!!
