No answer to query on deductions

I cancelled my account as I no longer live in SA but have still had debit orders being deducted from my account for the last two months. I expect no less than this money being repaid into my account and said as much when I completed the Contact Us page online. This I did on Sunday evening. According to the automated response I received I would get feedback "within the next day". Well this has not happened and that is just entirely unprofessional. Do not tell a client or customer especially when you have taken something that you should not, that you will get back to them within a certain time and then don't do it.
