Cancelled acc reactivated online without knowledge

I cancelled by account Last Year March. After a horror experience to get my money back, this month R960 odd was taken from my husbands account out of the blue. We were told the account was activated online on the 13th of March (?), neither one of us did and cant even recall ever having registered on that website (if we did it must have been years ago). My husband immediately cancelled it again and were told we had to pay a prorata portion of about R400.00, which I find to be unfair. I emailed more than 48 hours ago, asking for all details which were completed on the website - no response. If we have to pay a portion I want all the details of that transaction on Multichoice's side, I need to understand how this happened.
