DSTV - GOOD SERVICE AT MULTICHOICE... SURE!!!

For 3 years in a row now I have bought 3 dual view decoders and I am so I could spit poison. I always get a zero with a red light and then it is broken AGAIN. Its seems to be April / May every single year. Can anyone else let me know if this same thing happens to them every year. Its not as if I can afford to buy a new one every year.
