Cant get hold of anyone for assistance

I was offered a complementary meal for being a Gold Card holder however i have been trying for days to get in touch with someone from the MVG department. I called yesterday 5 or 6 times and was passed though to a voicemail 4 times, hung up on and was finally told after 6th try the people are not in. I specifically asked if there was someone available to speak to and i was assured there was someone available and asked to hold. I called again today as i was given a number yesterday and that was the incorrect number. I finally got hold of someone after the 3rd try today and now the booking was full for tonight. Its very difficult for me to get a sitter for an evening and i arranged for someone to look after my kids for tonights dinner back when i started calling to book our dinner end of last week. Now i need to cancel.
I also have noticed that Grandwest is just taking money, taking money with no winnings. Over the last 2 years i have hardly won a thing, i am constantly hearing people complaining about these machince as there are no bonus's, no winnings. They have stopped allowing people to win and just take. Makes me not want to go there anymore as its no longer fun to play.
