Repeating - Hot on the Heels

I'm a multichoice premium subscriber. Can someone please explain to me why multichoice decided to go with "Hot on the Heels" series. In the advert the word "because we know you like your viewing fresh" is used. That is a laughable statement. All hot on the heels series has been repeated to death, some episodes are repeating for the 5th time. Is that "fresh", I don't think so. Take Arrow, the first 6 episodes were shown, then episodes 2 -6 were repeated, then episode 7 was shown, then episodes 2 - 7 were repeated, then episodes 8 & were shown, currently they are repeated. Tuesdays the Fireman series is on since I think Oct/Nov and we are in March and Multichoice is still repeating on the 11 episodes. This is absolute rubbish, we pay a lot of money to be entertained and all that Multichoice is doing is put re-runs on. The money we pay is for a service and I can assure you that at this point very few people feel that you are holding up to your end of this bargain.
I'm forced to watch other channels because of all the repeats but that is also the same thing over and over and over up to 30 repeats per show in a 1 month period, what a. Shame on you.
