Not knowing what they are selling

I am very disappointed in numetro and the way i was treated, i just got my numetro fanatics card activated and went to use the free movie tickets, now as it states on the fanatics site as well where the refreshments are sold theres a monday special where a normal movie is R25 and a combo special is R25 now when i inquired about it not one staff could help me and the one lady said that the special is over? How can the special be over if theres a sign promoting it a few feet away??? That whole incident just put my evening off and i am a regular customer there but will be thinking twice before i go there again.
