Bad service

On the 05:06:2013 me and wife went to Clearwater mall numetro. We arrived there at 7:15. I booked the movies via the Internet. Thinking when we get there we can just buy the popcorn and watch the movie. I was wrong. Our movie was at 7:45. We only eventually got in at 8:10. They only opened 1 till for 30 people where you had to book your tickets and buy popcorn. Shocking.
