Monte Casino made us feel like a criminals

Yesterday we went early to have something to eat and get to the show early to get good seats. When I got to Monte Casino nobody knew where the information counter was. Once I got there I had to wait 15min for the person to issue me the voucher (I should have known there was something wrong).
Then we proceeded to the restaurant, had our meal and tried to pay the bill with the voucher card but it was declined. After the fourth time we tried it the waiter wanted to call the manager because he thought we were not going to pay. Then we wanted to go to the information desk but the waiter refused for my wife to leave the table until we paid. When I got to the counter the lady behind the desk was so unhelpful and never kept me updated of what is happening. 25min later they confirmed that Avon, the digital manager was on his way back from home to come sort it out because nobody else could. They asked me to go back and wait at the restaurant for Avon. We sat there feeling like criminals for another 35min before Avon showed up to sort things out and admitted it was his fault. Then he said the voucher was only for R500, not R750 as told on the call from Jozikids (violation of the CPA).
