Multichoice still no clear answe

The Question is still not being answered. I live in Saldanha bay. There are no major mountains between Cape Town and Saldanha bay.
The Walka has been available to the public for more than 3 years now and little or no effort has been made to include Multichoise clients beyond the major cities. I do not mind paying the tariffs that Multichoice has charged us with but what I do expect is to be treated equally to those in the major cities.
Why does Multichoice take a never minded attitude to thier loyal supporters that live in smaller towns.
I did receive a phone call from Multichoice shortly after I made the complaint and I was told that it was in the process of being updated but they could not give me a time frame as to when we the rest of the country would be able to enjoy the Walka. The signal map has not changed since it was put up which leads me to believe that they have had no intention of including the rest of the country.
SO once again I ask the question
When will the rest of the paying customers be able to use the Walkas that we have purchased?
Surely in the past years multichoise had to have had a time frame to include all their client
