ON THE 1ST OF DEC 2013 I UPGRADED MY SERVICES FROM COMPACT TO PREMEIR BUT TO THIS DAY IM YET TO ENJOY THE BENEFITS. ALL I GET IS CHANNELS NOT PLAYING AND FREEZING. I TRIED TO CALL THEIR CALL CENTRE 6 TIMES TO NO AVAIL. THE CALL CENTRE MACHINE ASK SO MANY QUESTIONS THAT BY THE TIME THEY ARE THROUGH IT'S 5 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME. THE NEXT FIVE MINUTES YOU ARE LISTENING TO ADVERTS THEN AS SOON AS PUT YOU THROUGH TO A CONSULTANT YOU GET CUT OFF THIS IS 10 MINUTES OF MY PHONE MONEY. THE MONEY THAT I DID NOT INTEND SPENDING AND THE OTHER MONEY I PAID BUT NOT GETTING ANY JOY. MULTICHOICE ACT ACCORDING TO THE PROMISES THAT YOU CREATED. I HAVE NOT ENJOYED NOT EVEN ONE DAY OF THE PREMEIR VIEW.
