I purchased games from the establishment on Saturday 16 March, the at the counter proceeded to swipe my bank card for R2790 instead of R279.00.

They then attempted to refund the money into my husbands card as they said they couldnt refund my card. I took their word - BIG MISTAKE! To date I have received zero refund. When I went to see the owner he fobbed me off to get rid of me by saying he was going to Mosque and that he would sort it by the end of the day. He tells me he cannot refund me cash as he doesnt have money.

Needless to say I have had no further contact, and Im still R2790 out of pocket!
Now it is I who has no money!
