Paying for six, and only recieving 5 EVERY MONTH

We are a guest house subscribed for SIX decoders and paying for SIX decoders, NOT FIVE... Why do I receive month after month only 5 magazines, so which guest should get one and who not, although they pay the same, I have phoned 100000 times for DSTV and On The Dot in Upington and after over a year now i'm still getting ONLY FIVE books, I have send the books back this morning as I want SIX not FIVE so send me six or nothing, why do we pay for six decoders then???
