On 24 mar We booked seats no j7, j8, j9, j10 for the 14:30pm show. At 14:25pm we handed tickets in and was told we have to wait a bit because the cinema is being cleaned. At 14:38pm we were told that we can enter, only to find out that the lights are already off and the ads are playing. So now we have to find our seats in the dark, & finding your seat rows that are not numbered is a nightmare. I counted the rows from the Bottom which is row A up to the last which is row-J at the top.
30mins through the movie a staff member comes in disturbing us from the movie and says we need to stand up because we are siting on another dudes seat. my tempreture has risen because im being disturbed & paid so much. My wife decided to leave the cinema because of this staff member named Mdalose making a scene during the movie, leaving her not watching a movie at all. I than went to ask for manager & was refered to miss stellenboom that looked at me like someone that just don't care & she wants to be the one talking instead of listening. She tells me it is because row I is missing & now "J" is "k". So where is the sign or notice? How am I suppose to know?
