I went to multichoice in festival mall to get my dstv reconnected. I asked Joshua to use the phone so that I can call head office and get reconnected. He refused and told me to use my cellphone and I did. I then called head office with my cellphone and told them my situation and I was told that his behaviour was unacceptable n the matter shall be dealt with accordingly. I filled in a form to active a debit order but its been two months now and the debit order isn't activated. Joshua Ndlovu is rude and has a very bad attitude, as he didn't care at all, he just carried on with whatever he was doing. I've never been so upset and disgusted by the quality of service from a service provider.
