Swapout Equipment not up to Standard

The last 2 months I had to go and swop my equipment 3 times. Every time I had to go to Pretoria because the JHB branch doesn't have stock.

I don't think it is very good customer service, I am paying insurance, but each time they swop my equipment out for refurbished stock.
