Simply cannot get drinks at the tables

After playing at the tables the whole of Friday night the Pitt boss Bongani was less then accommodating when it came to serving drinks. As far as I'm concerned it is casino etiquette to serve complimentary drinks when playing tables at a casino. It seems this is not the case at silver star... Even when we agreed to pay for drinks they did not arrive.

When this was brought up with the Pitt boss he was absolutely rude and obnoxious about the situation. As a frequent visitor to silver star casino this will really effect my desire to visit the casino again! I am appalled by the bad attitude and treatment of the staff, and really hope that something will be done to prevent this from happening in the future!

It is completely unacceptable to not even be able to get a drink when you out relaxing on a Friday evening.
