Starting with last half year, I do have problem with the image. I call "Mutichoice Call Centre" plenty time, on my money more sometime than 45 Min. The results are at this moment in time nothing is resolved. Both decoders have been requeted to be tested at "Technical Dep. Multichoice Randburg". Transport, petrol time, money- nothing was found wrong. (see previous reports) Last time they asked me to swap the decoders, that was working for 1 week, last night again blurry image again - call the call centre talk for another 30 min. on my money, and said "I will call you in 30 min. this was 18:45. Up to 23:00 no call back. (Ref. No.122823592. Today, I call again "Mutichoice" Call Centre, and I asked for what I pay, and pay, and pay, and..new ref. no. 122851781. Promisssed again to call before 16:00. Whos will pay for all these? Traveling, petrol, time, no proper image etc.? This is a customer service? I think is a joke...
