Failure to process debit orde

I have 3 contracts with 8ta for - 9months. End February 2013 8ta failed to process debit order, which resulted in suspension of my service from them. After numerous calls and promises to re-instate my service, I had to wait 5 days for re-connection, after I had to go and make a manual payment at the ank and fax and e-mail proof of payment.. I was assured by the 8ta call centre that it would not happen again. End March 2013 the same problem arose, I went to the 8ta agency in Alberton City, lodged a complaint and had to once again go into the bank to deposit the fee, after 8ta again did not process the debit order. End April 2013 (current account) once again 8ta did not process the debit order. On contacting them again, I was told to make a manual payment once again, which I now refuse to do, as the problem is on their side and not my fault what so ever. On each contact with 8ta (which is on at least 8 to 10 occassions) I confirmed my banking details with them, as well as my I.D. number, Name and Surname. I am up in arms with their poor service and feel that they have not honoured their part of the contracts. PLEASE HELP!
