Not receiving all channels on DStv Premium

Hi,

On the second of February 2013, I subscribed to DSTV Premium.

Global TV did the installation but after the installation I discovered I can't view the horizontal polarised channels.

I contacted Global TV, Menlyn branch, and they promised to fix it on Saturday 16 February between 12:00 and 14:00 When they didn't pitch up, I phoned them but got a arrogant and rude reception. Up to date, they did not contacted me again to fix the problem.
