Global Carbon not even responding to customer

On 28 October 2013 I have lodged a complaint on Hello Peter regarding Global Carbon who does not honor their "Money back guarantee". I have spend R14, 999 on a system from Global Carbon in July 2013, with the promise that I will receive a 100% refund if I am not happy with the energy savings. After installation and various adjustments from Global Carbon afterwards, NO energy savings was evident. I have made numerous telephone calls to the salesman, Hennie Nel, but he promised everytime to discuss it with the owner and will come back to me. Needless to say, six months later I haven't even received one phonecall from these people. They still advertise on a national radio station, Grootfm 90.5, their "wonderful" product with 100% moneyback guarantee. The public must be aware of this false claim and bad/lack off customer service.
