Service Provider Negates agreement

My Ford Territory went to Global Menlyn for a service. When I received the vehicle back, it had a terrible vibration on 30km/h that was so bad that I could not drive the vehicle. Ford South Africa got involved in sorting out the problem and from Febryary 2012 to Dec 2012 my can spend 80% of the time with Global Menlyn. I received the car back on the 13th of Decemeber 2012 and reported early Jan 2013 that the problem was still not address to satisfaction. The management of Global Menlyn was changed and suddenly after a promise that they will sort the problem out, the customer must now contact Ford and request their assistance. The problem with the vibration was not introduced to the car when it was in my possession. All I ask is to repair my vehicle to its original status before it went in for a normal service.
