HD channels upgrade to DVB-S2

It came to my attention (approx 3 weeks ago) that DSTV is upgrading the transmission of HD channels to DVB-S2. As instructed I tested the functionality on channel 425, however this was unsuccessful. Upon my initial disappointment I immediately sms'ed the number as instructed (sms was send on 7 June 2013, 09:05). To date I have not been contacted by any accredited DSTV supplier with regards to this issue to update my installation to the new setting as of 1st July 2013.
