I do not need a reminder message on my screen eve

Hello, I really want you to STOP the message on my screen. It is my decoder, mt TV set and really I know when to pay. I have been with Multichoice for over 24 years and have never won anything nor intervened with anyone so all I ask is please do not start sending me reminders from the 23rd of each month. I do not appreciate it as invades my privacy and is not convenient as you also send me my statement via e-mail, this is enough.
