Service Cut Off During System Down Time

Dear Sir / Maam,

I would like to complain about the fact that for the past 2 months when we have gone effect payment for services, your Tete office have turned us away because the are "offline" and cannot receive payments!!

Even though they say you are "offline", you still manage to cut off the service. Now I find this highly unprofessional given that its your fault you are offline and we can't pay, and yet you can still cut off the service!!

Your adverts keep saying you give so much more yet you are unable even to exercise a small amount of discretion in such a circumstance.
