Its sad that I still have no response to my last complaint https:///nu-metro/complaints/very-dissapointed-947865.
Tumi advised that it has been escalated somewhere else for a direct response... guess what, 2 months later still no response. Not even as much as an apology! NU METRO!
Think its time to switch to ster kenikor... frm what I hear you get value for your money!
