Never have I been more embarrassed by "managers''

Let me start with probably the least of concern to the wonderful Multi choice that I had just driven a long distance to get my MNET switched back on, planning that I would probably pay an extra month in advance as I regularly do, Only this time I felt it was enough of them charging me a R50 connection fee each and every month for over 2 years now. The debit order doesn't suit me, So I really hoped being a customer since MNET started back in the day and being one of many loyal supporters only to realize today just what they really care about me or any 1 of us. The manager as named above was patronizing beyond belief, she repeated every word I said and then just stood there, I asked her to please assist me since dont feel it fair for me to pay an extra R50 each and every month, I asked her to please look at my profile, I was stunned by the pure ridicule she gave me, I was mad as and and then she thought best to outright laugh at me, I am furious and as much as SABC I cannot pay money to MNET MULTICHOICE ANY LONGER, Rather throw the TV away, Seriously, never been so humiliated and ashamed to pay money to something I love, This will be my last straw with them, Disgusting!!!
